Ganiga Thanksgiving

It's that time again, for our next Ganiga Thanksgiving 2024 in Austin, TX this week!

For so many of us, Thanksgiving is our favorite holiday because of the Ganiga Thanksgiving tradition that was started over 25 years ago by Krishnamurthy mama, Prabha aunty, and others. By bringing us together at least once a year, it has allowed a new generation of 'Ganigas' all across North America to develop close relationships with cousins, aunts, and uncles, as the generations above us did by living next door to each other.

 

While an annual celebration may no longer be feasible, we now meet every other year, and after an awesome getaway in Puerto Rico in 2022, the Ganiga Executive Committee, this year led by Maya, Nicky, and others, has planned an amazing week in Dripping Springs (just south of Austin) for #GanigaTG2024!
